WHAT DO I DO, IN A NUTSHELL?
Hi there I'm Rachel, a breath and body therapist, trained and certified in Breathwork and various body work techniques (e.g. Psychotherapeutic Breathwork, OldPain2Go, Reiki 1 & 2 for people & Animals).
WHAT REGIONS DO I SUPPORT?
I am based in Derby (UK), so I am able to support people face to face in the East Midland from my HQ in Chellaston or at the beautiful Elephant Rooms in Draycott. I also support globally through virtual connections such as zoom.
WHY MIGHT YOU WANT TO WORK WITH ME?
I have completed and cherished over 4 years of intense Breathwork training.
Since 2020 I have supported myself and others through deep and dynamic personal processes in a 1:1 setting and as part of groups/pairs. I am here ready to journey with you, with compassion, authenticity and without judgement.

WHO AM I?
I'm an animal mad lady in her 40's, still treading my healing path (aren't we all?), living in Derby with my husband, 2 small dogs - Oscar and Rudi and now a little rescue tortoise - Sherman.
My story - An awakening through breathwork: Find out here (entry named 'an awakening through breathwork') how I embarked on my own Journey of the Swan, being introduced to Breathwork and the PROFOUND impact that it has had on me - Physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I'm passionate about: Breathwork and embodiment practises, holistic health & wellbeing, equality & diversity, nature/our environment and animals, empowerment, balance.
I have a particular fascination with body psychotherapy (explained well I feel here - link) in general and how our unconscious minds operate in our lives.
A passion of mine that I feel deserves it's own section is my support of the involuntarily childless (aka childless not by choice (cnbc)) community. This is a community that I am part of, and proud to also support. Please head to the Papillon Breathwork page for a deep dive on this topic.
If you would like to know more about who we are, please feel welcome to contact me.
